Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Crafty account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information, project memberships, chat messages, and any other data linked to your account.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open Crafty and tap the menu icon in the top left corner
2. Tap your profile, then choose Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Delete from the web

1. Sign in at crafty.premex.se
2. Open your profile menu and choose Delete account
3. Re-authenticate if prompted, then confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• Project memberships and role assignments
• Chat messages and notifications
• Geofence and time tracking data
• Marketing and consent preferences

Some information may be retained for a limited time to comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. See our privacy policy for details.
