Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Crafty account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information, project memberships, chat messages, and any other data linked to your account.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open Crafty and tap the menu icon in the top left corner
2. Tap Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Delete from the web

1. Sign in at crafty.premex.se
2. Go to Profile > Delete account
3. Re-authenticate if prompted, then confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• Project memberships and role assignments
• Chat messages and notifications
• Geofence and time tracking data
• Marketing and consent preferences

Note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
